Hi guys,

I would like to use R3D data manager to convert my raw footage but apparently I can't apply the pregradring I made in redcinex.
here is the workflow:
- open raw files in redcine
- give them a look
- save the RMD file
- open R3D data manager and enter in quicktime batch render
- in render option I check default RMD/RSX files (that should keep color grading information, am I right?)
- I start rendering

in this way all I get are back clips. If I uncheck the .RMD option I get clips with default look.
am I doing something wrong? can anybody give me a clue to sort this out?

thanks a lot!

marco

hi Thomas,
I would prefer render in R3D data manager because it's allow you to choose the number of cores involved in the render and the number of rendering files at the same time.
REDCINEx only use half the power of my macbook pro.

cheers!
