Hi Guys

I wonder if anyone has an answer to a difficulty we are having with R3D Data Manager, which we have just downloaded. We are trying to render out a 4k 2:1 quicktime prores HQ with full quality everything, and everything seems okay until we get to the output screen where we don't have any options for larger than HD... and, suprise suprise, that is exactly what is being rendered.

There is no mention of this in the maual and no answer from support - so any ideas RED gang?

Here was our reply via email, in case you didnt get it:

Hello-

Normally you would use these transcodes for lower res editing and for offline material. You would only need the higher res once you do an online process.

That said, the next version will be able to output to 2k variants.

Thanks
