R3d Color Settings Resetting

I've opened a Premiere Project I created about 5 years ago. I've noticed a number of the clips have reset the color grade. If I open a clip that I color graded and examine the color settings, then exit from the RED Source Settings panel, the old color settings disappear. There are other clips that have lost the previous color grade without even opening the RED Source Settings panel.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? I don't want to re-grade the project.
