Yes, you can export audio from proxies on a pc. Open the proxy file in qt pro and hit ctrl J.
R
Does it allows you to extract two channels or only one?
I am getting mono, even when I record two channels (ch1 and ch2) on RED
Do you have two channels capability on Mac OS?
I transfered my R3D files and qt ref files from a mac hard drive to my pc hard drive and there is no audio when I playback the ref files in quicktime. The movie properties show the soundtrack has audio data but there is no sound on playback or when exported as a wav. Could I have lost the link to the R3D file when I copied it to my pc drive.
I'm having the same issue. On a PC with XP pro quicktime 7.5.5. I open up the quicktime file, press control J, shows there is a soundtrack, but I cannot click it in order to listen to or export the audio.Do I have to use an older version of quicktime?
