Quicktime Pro - I, O, JKL - WTF????

Does anyone know if there is a setting in QTpro that turns on the keyboard shortcuts for marking in and out points as well as the JKL forward stop reverse keys?

For some reason out of the blue I can no longer mark in and out points anymore. All i get is that annoying beep. The cut, copy, and paste shortcuts still work.

Try turning off caps lock. It sounds simple but that should fix it.
