Using REDCINE-X for the first time so I apologize if this is a newbie question.

I've tried all kinds of settings, but every QT export turns out very pixelated...

Any thoughts?

Yeah, I've tried several settings for the debrayer. Even did it at full. But, it always comes out pixelated.

You're setting that in the debayer section of the export preset?

Yes.

But, it seems to be a problem with H.264. With all the same settings, except for the quicktime codec changed to ProRes 422, it comes out great. Weird.

Sorry, I forgot to mention in the first post that I was trying to export to H.264

Ah, increase the bitrate for h264 and also maybe reduce the keyframes.

You may want to transcode to H.264 in Compressor with multi-pass. If that takes too long, get a Matrox MXO2 with the Max option.
