Quick question: who to contact at RED?

I may want to get some information from RED. It's nothing hugely sensitive but I suspect it might well need to be under NDA.

Who should be the first point of contact at RED for such matters? Has anyone done business with RED?

Obviously it's not one for the bomb squad or tech support.

There's a guy there who's 7' tall, where's a hat a lot, and is usually juggling about 1000 things at a time. And I think he goes by Fire Chief or some such name. I'd try him first.

Hi Mike,

Depending on the topic there is a section in the support page for “Technical Specifications - Detailed technical questions about RED product specifications and technical data”, or the Bomb Squad can filter and channel any other request if they have a general idea of the “sensitive” nature of the topic that needs to be addressed.
