Quick question about Dual Link 4:4:4 out put

Can anyone tell me if the Duel Link out from the Red is working and if so how does one activate it. I tried looking at the two Hd sdi output via a kona 3 card but I could not get a signal.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

You need to update camera to 16 build. And also i read today about Kona 3 on forum , that kona can not support signal .
