Quick and Dirty Scarlet W Test

Haven't had much time to mess with the camera yet but shot this the other day to have some fun with it. Shot all on a Sigma 18-35mm. I shot RAW and Pro Res. I graded in Davinci using various LUTs. I used Koji Log LUTS and mostly Fujifilm. I think a couple of shots I tried Arri Log C LUT just to see what it would do.

Shots when she is jumping/walking slow mo are 4k 120FPS
All the hair twirling stuff is at 2K 240FPS

From my eye the image is a lot cleaner than my old MX Scarlet. Colors are a lot nicer too. Can't wait to do a proper shoot with it.

Thx for posting your footage. I still don't see the quality in the 240 fps from the S-W, just looks too soft and that noise really starts to creep in. 24 looks good tho.

yeah I agree Brody it can get pretty noisy at 240FPS . I think in some scenarios you might be able to get away with it. 120FPS at 4K is slow enough for me though.

For sure. At that price its such a great deal still.
