What is the best way to render high detention complex stuff out of Adobe After Effects?

I was trying just high quality Quicktimes using animation for the compression settings. Quicktimes out of after effects doesn't seem to be consist at all so i tried a tiff sequence and that worked a lot better.

Computer fully loaded macbook pro with 4gigs of ram.
