Question re: Wireless video

I've got a shoot upcoming and need to put my Dragon in a splash bag (Ewa Marine, Off Hollywood's group buy) in a 12' deep pool.....Will my Paralinx-X wireless video work through that much water? Anyone with some experience with this scenario?

I was researching this for a client, and it looks like the Paralinx (or any wireless video system) wouldn't get very far underwater. Maybe 3-5 feet before losing signal.
Water is thick n stuff.
