Here's one for Graeme:

My Red Rocket arrives in a couple of days. If I have 4k footage and will be transcoding to 1080 or SD, should I use a full debayer just because I can?

Or will a half/high actually give me a better result?

I remember you saying that half/high was created especially for downrez, and gives a sharper image, or something to that effect.

Now that debayer time is taken out of the equation, where would you recommend I set it?

All the best,

Rocket only does a full debayer but it can scale to 2k in realtime

Hey Deanan,

Makes sense. So everything is automatically full debayer. Cool!

Thanks,

Jim
