I have complete 35mm kit with Canon FD lenses, external monitor etc.
For a long time i have been waiting for Red Scarlet.

I am planning to sell my kit. But before selling i have a question!
If i keep my Canon FD lenses (28-50-135 mm) and my external monitor (Manhattan LCD Hd HDMI monitor), can i use with Red Scarlet ??

Is it possible ?

Thank you very much !!

Red monitor is must. I guess that you dont get menu on your old one.
Keep your lenses. But depend which Scarlet you want.

If you compare original Red lenses with Canon FD lenses, how is image quality ?
There is really huge price difference between two !

For the monitor wow 5.6 inch 1700 $. :)

Which Red lenses? Probably RPPs will be way better, specially wide open.

Mechanically well, RED lenses are obviously better.

And RED is gonna come up with new monitoring solutions that everyone is expecting to be cheaper, so...

look at price of fixed scarlet where is some monitor/viewfinder included
hope new red monitors will be more afordable because of mass production
