Question about outrigger handle

I am considering purchasing an outrigger handle and from the photos on RED.com I see that you can mount the Touch LCD on top of the handle. But Can you mount a 100mm swat rail on top of the outrigger handle? I asked because I currently have the following combination on my Scarlet:

DMSC
with swat rail on top
with sliding top handle above that
with touch lcd attached to the sliding top handle.

Would I be able to safely do the following:
DMSC
with outriger handle on top
with swat rail on top threaded through outrigger handle
with sliding top handle above that
with touch lcd attached to the sliding top handle.

Samir did you get an answer on this one?

I have the LCD and OUTRIGGER and would like two longer bolts to get both going.

The supplied LCD bolts are too short.

Found the fix, just need longer bolts

Hey Eric. No one answered me so I just purchased a X side handle and mounted the LCD somewhere else on the body.

Picked up 1/4 Coarse 1" and 1.5" at local bolt store.

Gave it to me for free due to $5 min purchase.

Wasn't worth the paper work for 4 bolts
