Okay, I finally got my email this morning. However, the email said this in it:

"If you still need to add any accessories to your order, please add them at RED.com/store. Any new orders will be grouped under your existing account under your email address."

I tried to do the buy now to see if that's how I added the accessories, but it converted me to a deposit system. Since I am going to do a wire transfer in 1 week, can I just chose the wire transfer method and just wait to pay in a week. Or if I don't go ahead and pay the 10% deposit I will have issues?

Was hoping someone else knew before I bothered my RED rep for a simple question.

Thanks,

Matthew

Hi,
we did the same thing..ordered after getting the mail and with the next mail you will get an updated order. Then you pay in total and everything is fine.
The "Buy now" button is only for those who took delivery of the camera already thats why it changes you to deposit.

Cheers

I did the same thing... Added items from the store chose "wire transfer" then in my email to my rep gave him the order # of the items just added as well as the items that I need to delete from the original order. Just for safety measures I also attached one concise list of items needed in a single word document. Hopefully that will make things straight forward and alleviate any confusion.

Q: is the BATTERY PLATE included in the RED CRADLE which is included in the BASE PRODUCTION PACK?

Interestingly enough, after Jarred said that all reps knew now that the Red Drive didn't include a cable, the email I got didn't say anything about needing the cable when you buy the drive. It talks about if your planning using CF cards you need the CD module, but nothing else. I'm sure all the reps know, but it would save much hassle on the reps if it was in the email also. It is on the Red Drive product page in the store, but it's wise to print it a couple of times so people don't miss it!
