What would be considered super high hours on a Red Dragon? Is there an hour count that is
unacceptable or too high when reselling a camera?

hard to say.
I'd say from 7/8000 hours up.
I have friends with Epic Dragon at 5000 hours and everything is going very well.
It also depends on how the camera is used. Whether it has always been like Rental or private.
