  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Quad Charger and REDVOLT XL...In stock now shipping

Do we have an official time estimate for how long a single XL can power an Epic? And...will there ever be a way to add various power options (Dtap, etc) to the quad battery module as a possible future option?
just had to ask...
 
Duration depends on power draw (ie, what modules, displays, etc are attached). But XL is approximately twice the size of a regular REDVolt so....

I could try to help if you were a little more descriptive. Orders are pouring in, so the site must work to some degree.

Quick question, when the other modules are available, is there an order they must be attached to the brain? I.E. the Pro module or the Meizler module first THEN the quad battery module, thus allowing for easy removal of the SSDs if using the XL batteries. Will that be possible?
 
Also, what is the charge time for an XL battery in the Quad charger? Read the page and I just want to clarify, for two XL batteries the charge time is four hours, right?

...good point. When I sign in and get to the page that has "Billing Method", my info shows up and then immediately disappears and then I'm stuck.

Says right on charger page: "2 hour or less approximate charge time per REDVolt or REDVolt XL battery"

Two of what? Again, I see orders coming in so I know the cart is not broken. Have you tried a different browser?

Yes. I ended up moving to another computer and was able to place an oder for two chargers. ...same browser (Safari)

I'm not sure if this is answered but will 4 redvolts charge at the same time?
 
Ok, I have to disclaim my (lack of) knowledge on the simultaneous charging question. I just had an engineer call it "dynamic charging". I think, by his explanation, it charges all at same time - but when multiple batteries are in there, the ones with the most remaining power on them finish charging first. I hope that makes sense. And I know Jarred will correct me if I am way off base, haha.

Any chance for L brackets with the tapped and not tapped holes.
Like this one but without the rosette, just flat surfaces.

I see allot of brackets but all designed to screw something to it and not to screw something using through the hole screws.
