So far I have been unable to use the reference files. I'm using Final Cut Studio 2 on a quad G5. I've rolled back my quicktime to 7.3.1 using pacifist and I downloaded the Redcode plugin, but no dice. At the moment I don't know what to try. Is it because I'm using a powerpc and not an intel based comp?
I have PC laptop that I can run RedCine on and I have transcoded files on that and moved them to my G5 without a hitch (although it's time-consuming, eventually I'll spring for a mac pro). However I'd like to use the reference files if there's a way. I did some research on the forums and haven't found anything so far to solve the problem. Hope I'm not overlooking something simple. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
