So if I open up the R3D file in Red Alert everything looks as it should. However, if I try to play the QT proxies files in Quicktime or if I transcode them using Log and Transfer in Final cut I get a very dark looking image.

I saw some other posts on this and the fix suggested, changing the gamma for the display to 2.2, does not work (in fact, it makes the image look even darker). Am I doing something wrong? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Harky
