QT Proxies Green, L&T won't convert

Just got back from a big shoot and all of my QT proxies are simply a green screen, though I can hear audio (we recorded 2 channels.) Shot with Build 16. Using Quicktime 7.5 and FCP 6.0.4.

The Log and Transfer window in FCP won't convert the files either. It gives me the red exclamation point and won't convert the file.

Anyone else having this problem? How can I create my offline QT prores proxies with audio?

Did you update your QuickTime REDCODE to 3.1?
