Not sure where to post this...

Did a search... also looked up in FAQ... didn't see it...

Just wondering what others have done to protect themselves as the seller and the same goes for those buying...

The best way to put it is this way... when purchasing my farm... on the day of escrow I was informed that the outdoor furnace went out over the weekend... so what the escrow company did was hold back 5k of the purchase price... until the furnace was fixed... once the furnace was fixed the escrow company released the set aside funds to the seller... and everyone was happy...

Has anyone done this when purchasing here...

When spending that kind of money on a camera... I'd like to have the camera inspected by Red... to make sure... everything is in working order...

So for example the buyer and seller agree upon 35k for the purchase of Epic and goodies... 5k is set aside in an escrow account... once Red okays the camera... then said funds are released to the seller...

Just wondering what others thought...

lol I thought I posted that...

I was talking with a friend about this... the buyer pays for shipping to Red... along with a cashiers check... everything is perfect... then Red releases the check to the seller (I understand the hassle of it for Red) ... so bump up the transfer of ownership and inspection to a grand.. that way the seller is safe along with the buyer... would stop the bogus sales as well...
