Hi Red owners in the UK.

Just seen SSD protection cases http://www.viewfactor.net/products/cases.html Im considering order some in, but as the Freight is more than the value
of the items l require, is anyone in the UK interested in making up a bulk order with me. These seem like great protection for individual SSD Cards.

Or does anyone know of a similar item in the UK that would protect SSD cards.

PM me if interested and leave contact details.

Wish I'd thought of this, ordered 4 of them a couple of weeks back!
Plus side I ordered on Saturday evening and they arrived that Monday, so very quick service from VF

Be interested to know the result James, thanks for the info.

We use ones simular to this that you can pick up at walmart or dollar store They have an cloth divider in the middle so each can hold two. They are working out great for us, pretty sure ours are not waterproof but not a bad idea.

Yeah well turns out these aren't waterproof either lol. They're also much bigger than advertised and the ssds just wiggle around in there. I guess it would work with a clothe to pressure them together, but I wouldn't recommend them in general.

Would also love to have a few of them. Maybe viewfactor can send a bunch to a reseller in europe? I already asked this to them once, but no follow up yet.

I just received 3 of the clear Viewfactor cases ($9 US), they're essentially big CF-card cases. I'm fine with that, but on all 3 of the examples shipped to me, none seem to close fully. Meaning one of the two latches refuses to snap shut completely, no matter how I place the card into it. Still protective, but not quite precision-fit :/
