I'm probably asking a question that has been asked a 1000 times already, but I can't seem to find the answer on the forum.

So my proress files are divided into smaller clips of 1,09 gb.

What to do now? Do I format the card in something else?

Thanks

First of all, make sure you have the latest firmware downloaded on your camera. Insert each of your mini mags, and format them, choosing "Secure Format" and make sure to select "UDF." That will prevent this from happening in the future.

Now, for this project, you will have to download a program called FoolClip, find each prores clip that has been split, and run it through that program. It will create a new spanned .mov file in the same folder as the original clips. Now I find it easiest to make a search for ".mov" and place all of the ProRes clips into a single folder. Find the new FoolClip versions and make sure you put their original source media files into a different folder since you won't be needing them.

Thanks. For this shoot it's not really a problem. Just wanted to know how to solve it in the future. I thought the problem was the format of the mag. Thanks!
