Prohlem with 4K 2:1 23.98

Disk incompatible error is coming when we are doing a test shoot and set the following details

4K 2:1
Redcode 28 or 36
23.98
Both for CF Cards and RED-Drive says "Incompatible"
We did this several shots earlier with these settings, today it started giving this error.
I am sure we have presssed some other wrong button,trying to figure out what we did wrong, can you someone help.

Have you reformatted the cards recently? If not, do that again in the camera.
