Cinegears has just got its new modular camera triggers in; the trigger is usable with any major camera but with DSMC2 any camera function can be mapped on to it (e.g., power on/off, rec start/stop, shot review) through the RED menu. The bore of the aluminum alloy shell is 15mm, so it can be mounted anywhere that can accommodate a 15mm rod bracket!

What port does this plug into? As i understand it the jetpack can be triggered with a momentary switch but the v-mount needs +voltage to trigger record. Someone tell me I'm wrong- I want to use my Tilta handles but don't think that I can.

what is the price? used raven for stills the other day and the button has so much spring that even on tripod it causes vibration that ruins first shot

Does this work with the Base I/O or only the base I/O V mount? As I understand it there's a different protocol for the trigger on each....

It works with the SYNC port on any DSMC2 unit.
