Hello everyone,

I just bought a used Red LCD 7" Monitor, connected it to the camera, and after power up, noticed several things I cannot figure out how to change, or if it's a faulty monitor.

I would greatly appreciate it if someone would help me with this:

1 - The color image on the monitor is way off, and NOT true. It appears to lack red. In fact, red objects appear black. How do I change that ? The color image in the Red EVF is perfect.

2 - The image does NOT fill the screen when the camera data is displayed. I realize when you click the monitor's "B" button it switches back and forth from full screen w/o data, to partial screen "with" the data. Is there a way to fill the monitor screen and "still" have the camera data on the top & bottom like in the Red EVF ??

3 - There is a red "glitter" on the edges of dark objects. How do I turn that OFF ??

4 - When I activate Pre-Record, the time-code numbers on the bottom turn yellow like they should, but when I click the record button a second time, they turn VERY dark and almost disappear instead of turning red like in the EVF. Why ???

5 - If the previous owner programmed the "C" button on the monitor for his particular wants, would that carry over when I set it up on my camera? I would not think so, but I'm not sure.

6- Are there pages in the Red-One Operation Guide that address the above questions? If so, I sure can't find them.

Thanks for any and all help.
