problems with download from red drive.

i just finish a shooting for advertizment and although I can see the material in the playback of the red camera, I can not see it in the computer. I tried all the ports, 400, 800, and usb 2.0. I put the power cord and not. I downloaded the material to a computer from the red drive and I also tried to see it directly and again in both all the info of each take appears but the image is black all the way. This happens with the proxies as well as with the r3d files.
Please if anybody can help me solve this FIRE!! please tell me what to do as soon as posible.

Try zapping the pram on your mac. Sometimes it gets into an odd state and can't see some ports.

If that doesn't work, please contact support.

You can also try the R2E cable. If the camera can still see the drive, that means that the sata controller is working still. So using the R2E cable should allow you to get your data. The drive should be sent back to RED to be fixed. It happened to one of our drives and the FW board had gone bad.
