Ok so... I'm following the Crimson Workflow... using cowboy intermediate... everything is going well, but when I export my clips to quicktime from redcine it is exporting them as 1 clip... i don't want this... i want everything exported as separate clips... can this be done?

I've never dealt with dpx files and don't plan on doing it anytime soon...

Can someone help me asap please... this is a time-sensitive edit...

Thanks!

In the output page, below output settings, click on the file name and choose "input file name" or "separate folder". The "input file name" option will let you save separate input clips with their original naming as separate clips and "separate folder" option will let you save each input clips in automatically generated folders with the project name (default is redmag)

In general you want your file specification in Redcine to line up to Crimson. The default for most workflows is:
EVENT#Z/#F#S.E

and for DPX/TIFF workflows is:

EVENT#Z/#F#S.#&.E
