Problem with Proxies and R3D files going blank

I just finished my edit in FCP and am using ibloom's FCP XML Script converter to export my XML to Redcine, and it sees only black frames. I closed the project and tried again to view separate files and they are still black. Even the QT proxies in the finder show as black frames now. Here's the funny thing, RedAlert and FCP can still read them as if there was no problem at all. I made sure to have all of the latest plugins and versions before starting this project, and it seems to have been fine until right now.

Is there anyone who has had and fixed this problem?

After a few (sort of) successful projects, I came to load my Crimson intermediates and 80 percent are black, not all, just most.
I tried to load just one shot, and it's black.
I try to play the camera QT proxies, and guess what, black.

A restart to the machine fixed the QT files but not RedCine.

The two machines I tried this has been used on RED productions just a few weeks ago and were working good.

There are a few differences though. The footage I'm trying to conform in RedCine is mixed 2K, 3K and 4K and with different frame rates.
It may be a bit too late now, but has anyone got a solution or a workaround to this problem/bug?
