problem with nagra and final cut

Hi all,

I'm working on a film shot in red and editing with Final Cut Pro and the audio it's been recorded with a Nagra with 6 mics. Then the audio engineer is bringing the two principal tracks to final Cut to edit with them. But later synchro arts titan is not understanding the edl that i´m sending from final cut as it did when i have done it with avid.

Does anyone know how can i deal with this?

No one has ever worked with this combination?: Red One-Final Cut Pro-Nagra. Any information about the workflow used will be very appreciated.
