problem with my shoulder dovetail

Hello,
I have a problem with my shoulder dovetail : The soft part is detached.
Do you have a trick to replace it, or using other thing to not have directly the metal part on my shoulder?

You can loosen or disassemble the shoulder dovetail to get the soft part reattached.

Just dissemble carefully & slowly, noting where each bit comes from, and beware of any springs that might pop out & get lost. It's a good idea to take photos as you go for this reason.
