In Redcine-X, from the menu at the top left, select Edit/Preferences/General. Make sure 'Verbose Logging' is un-checked...

Edit - "...To save the log elsewhere, select 'Change' above 'Master RMD Directory:' and choose a new location." Is not correct, based on Grant's reply.

Alex,

We'd definitely like to see what's going on here. If you still have any of the log files, or can easily recreate the issue, please compress one of the log files. If you can place that compressed file in a dropbox and send us the link at redcinex at red dot com, it would be much appreciated. Knowing what is being written in the log over and over could give us a clue as to what is going on.

Additionally, which method are you using for exporting ProRes 422? There are currently 2 ways in RCX to do so in an export preset. In the File Format dropdown, there are options for "Quicktime" and for "Apple ProRes". Knowing which path you're using could help track this down as well.

Also, changing the Master RMD directory will not change where the log files are stored.
