Problem with 5" touchscreen on RED Scarlet x

Hello guys,

Ive got got a Scarlet with a 5" touchscreen where the menu section will not display. Rest of the monitor displays just fine. You can still hit the buttons though in the menu section.


Ive attached a picture.

Anyone had had this issue before?

Is this an issue with the camera or monitor? I've tried two different lcd cables so it's not the cable.

I'm sure you've tried rebooting the camera. Might try re-installing the firmware. Then call Red or file a ticket on Red.com/support.
