Hi there,
i am using the 442 and its breakaway cable to send audio to a red camera, the problem is that I am sending it to channels 2 and 4, as channel 1 is giving me some problems with line input. The problem here is that when we are checking the take on set to see if its been good or not, it only playback channel 1 and channel 2, it doesnt play channel 4. how do you change that setting in the cam so it plays all the channel or at least the ones I select? is it possible to do it?, we are sending the video/audio to a TV screen on set for the director to see and then check takes but he's only able to check the audio on channel 2. We are sending the video/audio from the camera to the screen through a BNC cable on composite. \
I am obviously making a back up on a 744 cause I dont trust the red one yet and for quality reasons too, but I still want to be able to check on both audio channels (2 and 4) when doing playback or even when checking the return on my 442 from the camera.
Hope you can help me
Thanks
Vicente
