PRO IO MODULE FOR VARIOUS STAGES???

Hi,

According to this thread we were supposed to get 1x Base I/O Module with Stage II or Stage III . This base IO module can be upgraded to PRO I/O Module by paying price difference....Is this correct or am I missing anything?Has anyone received any notification on the above?
