  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

PRO IO MINI - VERSION 2 - WHO WANTS ONE !!!!

That would be great. 2nd LCD/EVF is a must! XLRs would be nice (no third party gadgets like a-box from Wooden camera would be needed) Besides Meizler module seems possible to use only on heavy studio setups. From what i see on Meizler demos you won't be able to use LWS rods because of the ports in front. So no hanheld Meizler, besides it will extend to far to the back so i don't see it mounted on the Clutch

I know Mark, I've asked this a lot too, but I like them all.
I trust the guys Red, again and again I hope that I will see this Nab 2013 'to start the update dragon and your module Mark;) with these two components of the Epic will be' a bomb without compromise.
 
I'm shooting much more on a c300 due to the lack of prores/dnxhd. For alot of stuff i do, people want not to big, simple, post ready files in fine 1080p quality. They don't want more than that. Epic is loosing alot of marketshare due to lack of this option but my biggest question is... Why on earth would nobody from red not comment on this thread?? Wouldn't hurt competition if they told they are making this module, as competition is already doing it... So i really don't understand the reason for silence :s if they say they listen, and this module is the most requested module ever, i really don't get it :(

My feelings exactly Mark!... While it is cool to see all those new awesome gadgets at the Red booth, half of them disappear and half of them don't come out until at least a year later. We are approaching NAB 2013 and stuff from nab 2012 are still not released... I am not put putting down RED by any means, I just don't get excited that easily about their NAB announcements... ;)
 
I would order one of these in an instant if they were announced

Exactly what I need for a lot of jobs
