Am I missing something here? My Pro I/O was working great before the upgrade. Now, the fan is dead. Is this a known issue? When can I expect it to be solved? Is this an isolated issue?

I just worked a feature using the I/O on my Dragon with no issues.

I experienced the exact same issue with my Pro I/O once my Epic M returned with the Dragon Upgrade. My Pro I/O would force the camera to shut down after 20-30 minutes of use and would be extremely hot. I sent my Pro I/O into Red and they said the fan needed to be replaced. Everything seems to okay since the repair. However, my camera refuses to successfully blackshade when the Pro I/O is attached. Unfortunately, my Pro I/O has proven to be unreliable as it has been to Red twice for repairs, but has been used very little.
