Pro Audio Forum pls?

Hello,
Just wondering if I could get a pointer towards any pro audio forum out there, something like RU for Sounddevices or audio guys' version of cinematographer.com. Just a place for pro level discussions on (field) audio techniques, best practices and gear advice. Need it for a friend who's currently heavy on Sound Devices equipment.

Gearslutz dude. But be aware of a lot of yahoos full of misleading info on that one. Also some good resources, like Butch Vig QnA, Greg Wells and many more.

The sharp guys over there on Gearslutz, particularly Marti Humphrey (aka "Dr. Sound"), know what they're talking about and have huge credits and awards to back up their opinions. They know post sound extremely well.

The people on Wexler's JWSound group are also top-notch when it comes to production sound. Both facets are key to getting good sound results, particularly on budget-challenged shoots.
