Hi everyone...

One Help...
Now What is the average price ?
REDONE
REDONE-MX!
or
REDONE MX-BT!

{Grade condition, Brain Only.}

Thank you

The BT is $4k... RED1 with Mysterium can be upgraded to MX for ~$5k, so it wouldn't be worth getting (unless you intend to keep it mysterium -- which I think is rated at 12stops/320asa).

You're going to have a hard time finding people selling their R1mx as just the brain, but the very most worth spending would be $3500, since it costs $500 to get it re-certifed and ownership transferred at RED... Plus you're adding additional shipping charges (instead of direct to your door from RED, you have to ship it to RED from buyer, and then pay again to have RED ship it to you.... which is at least $100 each way.)

Well, if you can find a R1 now (MX or M) : all the power to you!

RED emptied their stock of BT R1 @ 4k, but now the market sets the price.

Personally I'd have taken an M over an MX R1 any day for a number of reasons.
I know I am a weirdo for saying that, but I think there might be a couple of more weirdo's out there.

They are different and both can be used for features with high IQ demands today, as they could way back when they were released. Sat that about any other 2008 camera release... :)

M is NOT 12 stops. RED official word was 11.5, methinks, back in the day.

Main thing about it is its character, which you adore or dislike.

I won't get into what the MX is, as that is highly dependent on what you think is acceptable.

They seem to go at about 7,5k + accessories, but just follow the "for sale" forum, and you'll see what they go for these days... :)

Thank you Mike.
one doubt... RED ONE ~$5K !? / BT -$4K(From RED). why REDONE price little High ..because REDONE MX-BT Like new {RED.COM -Each Battle-Tested RED ONE has a different history but each unit has undergone a rigorous evaluation and factory-refurbishment process to meet product performance specifications. It may include some minor cosmetic blemishes but can be considered “like new”. }

So why ?
little confuse...

You cannot get a BT RED1 MX from RED anymore. If you buy one of those, it is from one of those who were quick at pulling the trigger, and I have seen them re-sell for significantly more than 4k.

But if you can get one for 4k... All the power to you!

Many seem to prefer them over the Scarlet, though, so they are not particularly simple to get by at that price.

Red still offer an upgrade of an M sensor to MX for about $5K to $6K.

The $4K price for Red One MX BT was a one off, super low, clearance sale price. It does not reflect current market value price. I doubt anyone who bought a Red One MX BT will be willing to sell it for that cheap!

Thank you for your valued Information G

i have One RED ONE BT,
nw i want more one REDONE-MX, so....
then
which the best?
RED ONE-MX and RED ONE-MX BT

They are the same, as you cannot have any of them from RED anymore...

Send it in for ownertransfership when you buy it, and you'll get a full check on it and it will essentially be like a BT R1 MX.

Cheers

G

Thank you So much G

Thanks Again :)

Well, Red One MX that's not BT may not include the side SSD module that was included in the BT if I remember right.
