Premiere Pro CS5.5 Question

I called adobe and twice I waited over 45min and gave up. The only solution (work around) that worked for us is (pretty silly) but worked. Add a "1" to the end of the file name and it will import. Another is to copy to another location or a different hard drive it will import!!!. Just to tease myself I went back to the original files at the original location it will not import.
So as mention silly solutions but it had to do as we are on a dead line.

Fixed my problem (short version):
Here's what I did:
1) Uninstalled Premiere Pro CS 5.52
2) Reinstalled CS5.5 from Adobe installation disk (did not upgrade to 5.52)
3) Installed the new IMPORTERREDSERVER & REDBUNDLE files as per instructions
4) rebooted Mac Pro and launched CS 5.5
5) I can now open RED ONE, EPIC and SCARLET files!
My conclusion: People working with R3D files SHOULD NOT update software to CS5.52!
However, your experiences may vary....

I had the same problem with 5.5.2
CK Olsen was right - I had left over files from the first install
I suggest you check your CS5.5.2 file and make sure their are not any hidden files - thats what got me - I had two
Just look at the entire file and see if there are any in places than the three areas where they are support to be.
Check the three areas below and see if your files are there. If it still doesn't work I suggest deleting them and start over with a new down load.
After two tries 5.5.2 worked for me. Hope this helps. I have always been the one who is helped by someone else!
