Anybody have problems with static lines on frames of your exports?

I've attached an example.

I'm currently working on Premiere CC, with a 4K timeline and exporting to Quicktime 1080p H264. I've done about 10 exports so far, and they have been on every single one at some point - usually only once though.

It doesn't show up in premiere, only the export. I have tried to fix it by exporting the problematic shots into prores and importing the prores files in. This only causes the next shot to have the static line though. It's clearly a export/compression issue, just not sure how to resolve it, or keep it from happening. I'm exporting as a prores now to see if it's still there. Any feedback from people who have experienced anything similar?

First thing to try is to turn off Mercury. Then try exporting to h.264 not inside a QuickTime wrapper.

Cheers
