PREMIERE CS6 Motion Scale

Hi, I have a problem with "Scale Motion" option on CS6.

Last month I edited a timeline in CS6, and used motion scale to give a zoom aspect to a clip, had no problems at all, but now i'm trying to do so and it does't work, or work badly.
I set a key frame at the start point and set the desire scale, them I take the timeline to the desire place and set the scale I want, but it simply does't work or sometimes starts some seconds after the keyframe at start point.

Can someone help please???

I'v notice that I'v put my problem in the wrong topic

The problem is solved, I reduce the speed of the footage before applying the motion scale, thats why it didn´t work, I try to apply the motion before reducing speed and them it worked fine...
