Has anyone thought of a way to do this?

I've got a SmallHD DP6 monitor, and I was thinking it would be great to be able to power it from the EVF port on my Scarlet. It'd be really cool to have some way to shoot with just a REDvolt in the side handle and still be able to power a third party monitor from the camera.

Would some sort of LEMO-to-standard power plug adapter or even LEMO-to-DTAP make this possible? Any one have any input on whether this is possible to find/make?

This function is not provided by RED! Even if it's theoretically possible to get out some juice of that port (the pin-outs should be covered in the user-manual as far as I remember?) it is designed specifically for RED monitors/evfs (also communication data travels through the pins - so I guess it's easy to f* up things by by doing something wrong here)!

You can power your DP6 with additional battery plates and standard small or big Sony/Canon/Panasonic batteries without any problems and without "touching" the REDvolt capacity… I'd rather go with this designated route.
