Does anyone know of any alternative ways of powering the Birger mount? I have a Birger on my Red One but both aux 12v outputs on the back of the camera have stopped working within the last 2 weeks of shooting, and therefore I can't power up the mount. Are there any ways of powering the mount with batteries via a lemo cable?

Yes, there are multiple ways to power the mount. I think Erik was going to make some Dtap cables. Contact Birger for support.

Are you sure its not the cable? Send in your camera to get checked out by RED.

Thanks for your reply, I've tried 3 different cables so I'm pretty sure it's the aux 12v outlets. I'm in the middle of a block of shooting at the moment so I unfortunately won't be able to get the camera to Red until we are done. Hopefully there's a solution for the meantime.
