Powering Arri Fresnels with Honda 2000 generator

Have a 650w and a 300w I'd like to run on a 2000w Honda generator. Should this generator be able to run the lights as long as it has gas in it? Was running a few tests and it kept shutting off after a few minutes. Not sure if it's the generator having issues, or just not being able to run these two lights.

That should work fine. Make sure the generator isn't on ECO mode.

Open the air relief valve on the gas cap. A vacuum is building up in the gas tank and the gas isn't able to flow out.
