Power issue with firmware 7.2.4

I just installed firmware 7.2.4 on my scarlet w and I can no longer power the camera through my Wooden Camera gold mount battery plate. Does anyone know of any solution for this? Is it possible to downgrade the firmware?

I don't know terribly much about the situation but I remember hearing stuff about the Wooden Camera plates and a hardware update that needs to happen to them in order to ensure compatibility. I'd reach out to Wooden Camera.

For now, yes, you can roll back the firmware a few versions. The release notes for 7.2.4 should say how far back is possible.

Yup. Same way you installed the new one. But do check the release notes from 7.2.4 to make sure you've got an early version that isn't too early. You can only go back so far.

As mentioned above, the firmware Or maybe an updated board on the Wooden Camera plate is needed.
