This is a spec project, not officially associated with Starz or the producers of Power.

I created a character for myself, wrote my dialogue, filmed myself in front a green screen and used visual effects to edit myself into scenes from Power, Season 2, while changing the context of the conversations to create a new story.

Everything was done by me, in my studio. I was actually talking to a printed photo of the other actor, taped to my wall, to give me an accurate eyeline. It took one month to complete.

Also, in case you missed my Mr. Robot HACKED video, shot on my Epic Dragon, here's the thread:

That's awesome Akin. I haven't seen the original series. Guess I have to now. Only thing I would say is I think in the first few green screen clips I think the edge was very sharp since you shot in 6K maybe if you can feather those in a bit (I'm not a green screen expert at all though). Good stuff man and very creative!

Thanks Samir!
If you're referring to the recap clips ("Previously on episode 1..."), at the very beginning of the video, I agree. The edges sucked.
Those were shot almost 2 years ago on my BMCC and I wasn't as good with chroma keying at the time. For episode 2, I softened the image and blurred the edges. I cringe at some of those old clips, but it was important for the story, so I left them in the recap.

Edit:
Ok, maybe the edges were sharp on the new clips too at the beginning, hmm. Anyway, thanks for the feedback.
