POV shot in mirror?

How would you go about creating a POV shot where the character looks at themselves in the mirror? I've seen it done several times but curious how you would go about shooting it? If you put a green screen up in place of the mirror and tracked it in how would you match the angles when walking up to the mirror?

Depends on how tight the shot is, whether you move the camera handheld into position as if the person is walking up to the mirror, etc.

Build a set, two rooms, one a mirror image of the other room with framed window looking between the two coordinate motion of camera op and actor, takes a few rehearsals but not hard in the scheme of things.
