Potential BASE I/O Expander Issue?

Hi, Guys -

I'm having a world of issues trying to figure out why I can't get any cable other than the RED AC Wall Power Adapter to power up my RED Scarlet-W via the BASE V-LOCK I/O expander into the LEMO input. I've tried DJI's D-TAP to 6Pin = no luck, I've tried Wooden Cameras = No Luck, I've tried a few others off amazon = no luck. I've tried the cables with multiple power sources as well from brick batteries to the Ronin Battery via the DJI power distributor which others have said successfully works fine.

Could my issue be with the I/O expander?

This is extremely frustrating as I want to be able to use my red on a gimbal but it won't fit with the batteries on the back.

I had to send my base expander in for a similar issue when I first got it

I had the same problem with the Base Expander. Fans would go on for about 1 second and then it would fail to boot.

I'm pretty confident you've changed the position for the little switch on the top left of the V-MOUNT Base Expander, so I won't even mention it. '-)

That just controls whether or not the camera auto boots or not when connected to power. Yeah tried that.

Just spoke to RED tech support. They wont do anything because if the AC wall power cable works and it's a 3rd party accessory that's all they can help with. Anyone want to buy my cable? lol
