Possible to Flip/Flop output on Red Rocket HDSDI?

Hi all,

On a stereo job, I will be providing a feed to a 17" Panasonic monitor, from a Red Rocket. Flip/flop was done at camera, and plays back as such in RCX, but the HDSDI output is the R3D file with no flip/flop modifications - anyone know of a way to correct this without the necessity for any additional hardware?

The rocket won't display it for the monitor out unfortunately, but it'll show up properly when you render it.
